Help Drive Continuous Improvement for a Global Leader in Automotive Safety
Are you the type of engineer who naturally looks for better, faster, and smarter ways of doing things?
Do you thrive in environments where your ideas are welcomed, your input makes a measurable impact, and continuous improvement isn't just a buzzword but a core part of the company's culture?
Our client, a global manufacturer of automotive safety systems, is seeking a Process Engineer to join its growing team in Collingwood, Ontario. This newly created position has been established as a direct result of growth and presents a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the operation while building a role that can truly become your own.
With more than 64,000 employees worldwide and approximately 120 employees at the Collingwood facility, this organization is recognized as a global leader in automotive safety technology. For engineers who want their work to contribute to something larger than production metrics, this is an opportunity to be part of a business whose products make a meaningful difference every day.

You'll also become part of a highly collaborative culture that encourages the sharing of knowledge, ideas, and best practices across facilities globally.
