Responsibilities and Duties
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility in and around the house
- Personal care/hygiene
- Preparing meals
- Feeding assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
- Assisting with transfers
- Advanced incontinence care
- Chronic disease management (e.g., ALS, diabetes, cardiovascular conditions)
- + other duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Caregiving experience preferred
- PSW certificate preferred
- Dementia training (e.g., U-First, Dementiability)
- A passion to help others
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
