Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Presales / Proposal Analyst Trainee to join our growing sales and presales team. The successful candidate will support the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and other client responses.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in Business Administration or Information Technology who is interested in Presales, Proposal Management, Sales, Consulting, and Business Development.

The position begins as a 3-month trainee, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time Presales Analyst role based on your performance.

Location: 25 Watline Ave. #300, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2Z1

Salary: $3,500 per month for the first three months, $65,000 annually if selected for full-time.

Key Responsibilities

After your successful completion of 3 months training period, you will work as a Presales Analyst with the following responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and coordination of RFP, RFI, RFQ, RFS, and proposal responses.
• Review client proposal documents and identify key requirements, timelines, deliverables, and submission criteria.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect relevant proposal inputs and supporting information.
• Assist in preparing and formatting proposals, solution overviews, presentations, capability documents, and value propositions.
• Review proposal content for accuracy, completeness, consistency, grammar, and formatting.
• Support the team in maintaining proposal schedules, trackers, action items, and submission deadlines.
• Assist with proposal kick-off meetings, review meetings, and internal coordination activities.
• Work with Sales and Solution Architects to understand client requirements and help translate them into clear proposal content.
• Conduct basic research on clients, industries, technologies, and business requirements to support proposal development.
• Help ensure proposals comply with client instructions, templates, formatting requirements, and submission guidelines.
• Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other presales materials for client meetings and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, case studies, resumes, and other reusable proposal assets.
• Support multiple proposals and assignments simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines and learn and apply proposal management, presales, sales, and solution-selling best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Technology Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates/candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong writing, proofreading, editing, and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, along with Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Technical, Functional, and Management teams and to understand business requirements and communicate information clearly and effectively.
• Interest in Presales, Proposal Management, Consulting, and technology solutions.

Preferred

• Internship or academic project experience in Presales, Business Development, Consulting, Sales, Marketing, or Proposal Management.
• Exposure to preparing business proposals, presentations, reports, or client-facing documents.
• Basic understanding of CRM, Salesforce, cloud technology, or IT consulting.
• Familiarity with proposal/RFP terminology and processes.
• Knowledge of commonly used sales and solution-selling concepts.
• Exposure to Adobe InDesign or other document-design tools.

Compensation details: 65000-65000 Yearly Salary
