will possess: A valid Alberta Teaching Certificate A student-centred philosophy committed to maximizing student learning in a safe and caring environment Experience and/or training in Assessment for Learning, including formative and summative assessment practices Proficiency with Google Workspace for Education and educational technology to support communication, collaboration, and student learning The ability to foster positive relationships and create a strong sense of belonging for students Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team A demonstrated commitment to professional growth and reflective practice aligned with the Alberta Teaching Quality Standard A willingness to contribute to extracurricular opportunities and the broader school community would be considered an asset About Irma School Irma School serves approximately 300 students from ECS to Grade 12 and offers a vibrant, student-focused learning environment where every student is supported to succeed.
