Tâches et responsabilités

  • Être en mesure d’assurer le bon fonctionnement du système de production automatisé.
  • Être capable de résoudre les problèmes mineurs liés aux machines et aux équipements de production.
  • Inspecter les produits finis afin de s’assurer qu’ils respectent les normes de qualité établies.
  • Effectuer les ajustements ou corrections nécessaires en cas de problèmes mineurs avec les machines.
  • Participer au déplacement des matériaux à l’aide d’équipements manuels ou mécaniques, tels que des transpalettes.
  • Respecter les procédures de sécurité et porter l’équipement de protection individuelle requis.
  • Maintenir l’espace de travail propre, sécuritaire et bien organisé.
  • Communiquer efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe et les superviseurs afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations de production.
  • Atteindre les objectifs quotidiens de production en accomplissant les tâches dans les délais prévus.
  • Comprendre et suivre les instructions relatives aux tâches du poste ainsi qu’aux consignes de sécurité.
  • Signaler immédiatement au superviseur ou au gestionnaire tout danger, accident ou incident lié à la sécurité.

  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.

  • Capacité à travailler dans différents environnements et conditions physiques.
  • Respect des règlements, procédures et bonnes pratiques en matière de santé et de sécurité dans un environnement manufacturier.
  • Volonté de porter l’équipement de protection individuelle requis et de contribuer activement au maintien d’un milieu de travail sécuritaire.
  • Flexibilité et capacité à s’adapter aux changements concernant les tâches, les priorités et les horaires de travail.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to maintain the operation on the automatic production system
  • Able to fix minot problem of the machines
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Adjust or correct the machine minor problem
  • Assist in the movement of materials using manual or mechanical equipment, such as pallet jacks.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of production.
  • Meet daily production goals by completing tasks on time.
  • Understand and follow instructions related to job duties and safety guidelines.
  • Report any safety hazards, accidents, or incidents to supervisor or manager immediately.
