Virtual Services Pharmacist (12 months Contract)
Job Description
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Lead, Virtual Pharmacy, the Virtual Pharmacist is responsible for delivering exception professional services to patients. The pharmacist must have a dedicated focus on providing exceptional patient care that is in compliance with the standards of practice of pharmacy colleges in relevant province. The pharmacist will provide comprehensive medication reviews and assessment in order to achieve desired patient outcomes.

This position requires an understanding of the role and scope of practice of pharmacists in the community setting.
The position requires the confidence and clinical knowledge when dealing with patients with complex medical conditions and goals of therapy.
Internal Communications:
Participate in continuous learning activities and share relevant information with other members of the team.
Build and foster strong cross functional relationships with store teams and central office.
External Communications:
Strong customer experience mindset, with a commitment to providing patients with clinical information, recommendations and services to meet their health- related needs.
