We are seeking multiple experienced Operations Managers to join our team and oversee multiple contracts across Northwestern Ontario, lead high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive continuous improvement across all areas of the business. Reporting to the District Manager and/or Regional Operations Director, the Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for overseeing portfolios for a specific region to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and execute the strategic vision of the regional and Senior Leadership Team. Operations Managers foster long term relationships by delivering operational excellence to meet client and customer needs. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. The OM also provides direction and expertise to the region by promoting corporate strategies and best practices aligned with our Vision and Values.
This is a safety-sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol testing and a criminal background check as a condition of employment.
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
This role holds expansive responsibilities for the performance of multiple contracts across their district.

Working Conditions:
• Travel throughout northwestern Ontario is required, including flight and/or helicopter access sites.
• Work will be 75% + based in the field supporting active operations.
• Ability to work long shifts and rotational schedules.
• Occasional travel to other projects across Canada.
• Extended periods away from home with possible weather-related travel delays.
• Must comply with all company and client health, safety, and operational standards.

Work schedule and remuneration:
Operations Managers typically work on a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/2 week off, which may change on occasion due to operations needs. Site locations are in remote settings, requiring either air travel to site, or via ground on our shuttle. You may be required to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays.
