Transformation Management Office - Intern, Operations

THE ROLE

As an Intern in Operations, you will support with:

• Embed within a specific business area, building the foundation to support unique growth and scale objectives.
• Define and implement the core operating structure and working model of the business area in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Design how we approach business decisions by creating the frameworks, references, and decision-making models required to support consistent execution.
• Engineer effective and efficient business processes, optimizing for throughput and frictionless operations.
• Scale the business for future growth by introducing and evolving world-class capabilities that unlock the most impactful opportunities across Aritzia.
• Seamlessly integrate meaningful tools into the day-to-day of the business.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Intern, Operations has/is:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution, with a preferred graduation date of April 2027 to April 2028Preferably pursuing a degree in Business
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• A resourceful and entrepreneurial way of working
• A passion for Aritzia and the fashion industry
• A logical, organized approach with an appreciation for structure and details
• A problem solver who thinks critically to develop insightful solutions
• Work experience in Aritzia Boutiques, Concierge, or Distribution Centres is highly valued

Help answer the business’ most pressing questions, such as:

• Which product categories should we be looking to expand into?
• How do we make our brand famous through a marketing program?
• How can we elevate the in-store shopping experience?

• Internship Dates: May 10 – July 30, 2027 (12 weeks)
• Location: Aritzia’s Vancouver Support Campus located in Vancouver, BCSuccessful candidates must be able to work at the primary work location and self-relocate if necessary
