A successful Desjardins Insurance Agent is looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service
• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and identify the right insurance products and services
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• Explain insurance products and coverage options in a clear and easy to understand way
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services based on customer needs
• Work closely with the Agent to achieve team sales and marketing goals
• Help create a positive customer experience at every stage of the relationship

• A strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Motivated by achieving goals and delivering results
• Comfortable presenting information and having value based conversations with customers
• A problem solver who can think through customer needs and find appropriate solutions
Experience and Qualifications
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required for this role.
• A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is an asset
• Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred
• OTL license is preferred, or you must be willing and able to obtain the required license

Salary Range: 45,000k - 50,000k plus Bonuses.
