The ideal candidate for the Dean of Engineering position at the company is a committed, innovative, and collaborative leader with a distinguished record in engineering education and research. They should be a licensed Professional Engineer in Canada, or have the ability to be licensed, and have a strong background in academic administration, preferably in a multi-campus setting.
