WHAT TO EXPECT
A fast-paced, stimulating environment where no two days are the same

A key role connecting customers, drivers, and operations
Respond to customer inquiries (deliveries, pickups, follow-ups, complaints)
Monitor shipments and deliveries
Support drivers with their daily operations
Coordinate with carriers to ensure deadlines are met
Verify pricing information and transportation terms and conditions
Maintain excellent relationships with customers and partners
Customer service experience (an asset)
Bilingual (French / English) (constant communication with our customers)
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Fast execution and strong computer skills
Thoroughness, organization, and attention to detail
Transportation experience (a major asset)
