Salary: $65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• DEC in Computer Science or Computer Management
• At least seven (7) years of IT experience, including five (5) years as a System Administrator
• Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Windows security, server virtualization, high availability, and VMware technologies (vSphere / vSAN)
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft WSUS, IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Office 365, and Intune
• Skilled in Veeam Backup and proactive management of monitoring tools
• Familiar with network administration, including TCP/IP stack, network segmentation and security, traffic analysis, switch management, and router/firewall management
• Capability to provide second-level user support when required
• Understanding of IP telephony systems, specifically Avaya IP Office
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving orientation and resourcefulness
• Versatile with leadership skills to make timely decisions
• Bilingual in French, with basic knowledge of English for communication with English-speaking suppliers
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience in team facilitation, training, and coaching
• Valid drivers license

Responsibilities:

• Oversee various components of the IT infrastructure, primarily focusing on on-premise physical and virtual servers while incorporating cloud services such as Office 365
• Continuously monitor the status of the communications network and implement measures to address any issues that arise
• Provide essential support to employees and clients accessing our network to ensure effective work performance
• Integrate new IT modules, ensuring our company remains technologically advanced
• Plan and conduct regular training sessions on new IT modules for both new and existing users
• Manage a diverse range of communication tools, including the IP phone system, mobile devices, voicemails, and automated messaging systems
• Complete any additional related tasks as required
