To support our growth, we are actively looking for a dynamic and engaged civil building project manager for field sites in Northern Quebec and Ontario. In this role, the civil building project manager will take complete charge of planning, coordinating, and supervising building construction projects from initial design to final closing.

Responsibilities
Daily duties for the civil building project manager are structured cleanly to focus on operational success:

Plan, organize, and oversee daily construction activities on site.

Track project budgets, timelines, and material approvals continuously.

Address non-conformities and resolve deficiency lists efficiently.

Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and material vendors.

Enforce strict adherence to occupational health and safety regulations.

Complete basic project documentation, including timesheets and progress reports.

Communicate project updates regularly to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications
We are seeking a practical, reliable professional with straightforward qualifications:

University degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, or a related discipline.

A few years of relevant experience managing building construction projects.

Hands-on field experience and a solid grasp of modern construction methods.

Ability to read and accurately interpret technical plans and specifications.

Strong collaborative mindset and clear team leadership skills.

Full availability and enthusiasm for 100% fly-in fly-out work located in Northern Quebec and Ontario.
