Position: Personal Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Overview:
Arctoris Ltd is seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the team, managing schedules and travel arrangements, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including arranging and prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, organizing documents, and handling correspondence
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and external stakeholders
Manage and track expenses and reimbursements for the team
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Must be able to work in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary of USD 20-30 per hour (based on experience)
