On behalf of our client, an Automotive Tier 1 supplier of machined components located in Windsor, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist with strong HR law, Health & Safety and other workplace regulations experience within a manufacturing environment. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for driving HR activities in the automotive manufacturing environment.
The HR Generalist's expertise will enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.
In this position, HR Generalist will support all HR functions while ensuring compliance with Ontario Employment Standards and other workplace related legislation. The HR Generalist will manage recruitment, assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, and handle essential HR processes to maintain a positive workplace culture. This is an opportunity to shape employee engagement and improve HR practices in a multi-faceted environment.
