OverviewThe Assembler in MIQ (a.k.a. Production Worker) is responsible for the assembly, inspection, and quality assurance of Thermon-manufactured products. This role involves performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining high standards of workmanship, product quality, and workplace safety. The successful candidate will assemble components, perform soldering and wiring activities, manage inventory as required, and contribute to a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment. The position requires to work effectively as part of a collaborative production team. Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesPerform repetitive assembly of industrial heating equipment in accordance with established production standards.Solder and wire small components with precision and attention to quality requirements.Safely handle materials and components, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.Maintain accurate inventory levels and report discrepancies as required.Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices to support a safe work environment.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members to achieve production objectives.
