About the Role:
As a Furniture Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers by guiding them through our diverse range of furniture products. Your primary objective is to understand customer needs and preferences, provide expert advice, and assist in selecting furniture that enhances their living or working spaces. You will be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory displays, and ensuring the sales floor is welcoming and organized. This role requires a balance of interpersonal skills and sales acumen to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term customer relationships. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our store within the Canadian market.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
