We are looking for automotive technicians who can work independently and, at times, collaborate with peers. We have a full-service facility, and we are looking for automotive technicians to help us create an environment of success!
Responsibilities
As a Midas automotive technician, you’ll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, including:
Qualifications
• Must be a qualified Automotive Technician or Mechanic
• Have a valid Canadian Journeyman License (required)
• 5+ years of light-duty mechanical experience
• Able to operate all auto repair tools
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment is a must
• Ability to use and operate the alignment system
• Enthusiastic, responsible, Team Player, and Reliable
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to be a part of a team-oriented environment
• Creative problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Own tools/equipment
• Able to service both import and domestic vehicles
• Excellent organizational and sequencing skills
• Familiar with reading and interpreting diagrams
• A valid driver’s license, clean driver's abstract, and reliable transportation are required
