We are talent Agents, pretty much like Sports Agents but in the B2B world. We find talent, we find clients and we match them up!

The job in more details:

• Managing candidates: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates. Develop and maintain your talent pipeline in the long term.
• Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted Consultant regarding market trends and candidate availability.
• Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights.
