Projects: would be working on creating multiple dashboards on GCP and Looker, which will be their first project. Many other dashboards in multiple lines of business in US or Canada, on PowerBI
BAU items, or people who have left the team, have passed on a few dashboards, -% of that
If they have Data Experience at BMO that is a big plus
