Food & Beverage – Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café (Front of House)

THE ROLE

As the Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café you will:

• Prepare specialty beverages and café items with consistent quality and efficiency.

• Inform, engage and inspire our clients with superior knowledge of the menu, ingredients and suppliers.

• Uphold the optimal setup and management of kitchen spaces, supplies and food items while minimizing impact to operations.

• Support in managing beverage ingredients and café inventory to maximize efficiency and minimize food waste.

• Maintain the condition and cleanliness of our spaces.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Seasonal Barista, A-OK Café has:

• Proven skills and/or experience in Food & Beverage/Hospitality.

• The passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationships.

THE LOGISTICS

As a Seasonal Barista, you can:

• Commit to a fixed term contract through mid-January 2027*

• Work a minimum of 24 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week also available).

• Work up to 32 hours per week during our peak sales periods (Nov. 16 to Nov. 29, Dec. 14 to Jan. 10).

• Work evenings and weekends.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 CAD per hour.
