Job description

About the Company

Our client is a real estate and senior living company. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reporting cycle across the company's real estate and retirement living portfolio. The primary focus of the role is financial reporting, portfolio analytics, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting.
