Qualifications:

Valid Forklift Operator License.

Hands-on outdoor yard equipment experience.

Own vehicle (Site is NOT transit accessible).

Randstad is looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to take ownership of our outdoor yard operations. From loading and organizing materials to enforcing site safety, you'll be the backbone of our daily workflow.

The Highlights:

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00/hr

Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (plus OT)

Type: Direct Hire / Permanent

What You Need:

Active Forklift License with dedicated yard experience.

Reliable personal transportation (not on a transit route).

Readiness to work outdoors in all seasons.

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a forklift outdoors to load, unload, move, and stage heavy materials.

Space & Inventory Management: Optimize yard space to keep materials protected from weather damage and easily accessible for upcoming projects.

Safety & Quality Control: Perform routine equipment and material inspections while strictly following all outdoor operating and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications
Certifications: Valid Forklift license and a valid Driver’s License required.

Technical Experience: Proven hands-on track record operating forklifts safely in busy, high-traffic environments.

Environment: Comfort and readiness to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Core Skills: Strong self-starter with sharp attention to detail, adaptability, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
