Our Agricultural Trailer Division continues to grow, and we're looking for a relationship-driven Territory Sales Representative to help expand our dealer network and increase market share across Western Canada and the United States.This is a full-time, permanent position based out of Norstar's head office in Rosenort when you are not travelling.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building long-term partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and representing high-quality agricultural equipment in the field.What You'll DoAs the Territory Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing sales while providing outstanding support to Norstar's dealer network.Your responsibilities will include:Grow & Support Existing DealersBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers throughout your territoryProvide product knowledge, sales support, and timely follow-up on dealer inquiriesConduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunitiesHelp dealers maximize sales performance and market potentialDevelop New BusinessIdentify and pursue qualified dealer prospectsExpand Norstar's presence in underserved marketsDevelop territory growth strategies alongside the Ag Division Sales ManagerSuccessfully onboard new dealer partners and support their long-term successRepresent Norstar in the FieldTravel regularly throughout Western Canada and the U.S. to visit dealers and prospective partnersRepresent Norstar at agricultural trade shows and industry eventsBuild relationships with customers, dealers, and industry partnersEnsure leads generated through events receive timely follow-upManage Your Sales PipelineMaintain accurate CRM records for dealers, prospects, quotes, and opportunitiesTrack sales activities and forecast future opportunitiesFollow Norstar's established sales process and maintain an organized pipelineProvide accurate reporting to support territory planning and growthWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships just as much as closing business.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in territory sales, business development, or account managementAgricultural, trailer, farm equipment, or dealer network experience strongly preferredExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large territory independentlyA proactive approach to prospecting and developing new businessExperience using CRM systems to manage sales opportunities and customer relationshipsWillingness to travel regularly throughout Western Canada and the United StatesValid driver's license and ability to travel as requiredWhat Success Looks LikeWithin your first 12 months, you will:Strengthen relationships with Norstar's existing dealer network through consistent communication and support.Successfully identify and onboard new qualified dealers within your assigned territory.Increase sales within existing dealer accounts while expanding into new markets.Maintain an organized and healthy sales pipeline with accurate CRM documentation.Represent Norstar professionally at industry events and develop lasting customer relationships.Contribute to the continued growth of Norstar's Agricultural Trailer Division through measurable sales resultspensation & BenefitsWe believe top performers should be rewarded for the value they bring to the business.
