Job description3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction , with a strong track record of delivering projects successfully. Previous experience in the construction industry is considered a strong plus! Deep understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry best practices , ensuring high-quality work and compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills , with the ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple moving parts effectively. Problem-solving mindset , able to navigate challenges and make sound decisions under pressure. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., JobTread, BuilderTrend, Procore) is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and meetings. What You'll Do
- Manage all phases of residential construction projects from planning and permitting to execution and final walkthrough, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication, set expectations, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and on-site supervision , ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship by conducting regular site inspections and enforcing best practices.
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively , adapting to changes and keeping progress on track.
- Mentor and support team members , fostering a collaborative, accountable, and productive work environment.
