The Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Loader. This position operates loaders equipped with front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop which is used to transport aggregate or other materials, feed hoppers or chutes, and/or stock pile aggregates. What You'll Accomplish

Completes and reports detailed daily equipment inspections to identify maintenance needs. Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of equipment to ensure optimal visibility and control. Loads material on to customer delivery trucks in a timely manner to prioritize truck turn around times and customer satisfaction. Organizes and maintains quarry roads, berms and other site maintenance items. Organizes and maintains well-structured and blended stockpiles, reducing cross-contamination and increasing loader efficiency. Works closely with production, shipping, safety, and environmental staff to ensure aligned operations. Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities in equipment use or material handling. Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours. We're Looking For

Education: High School Diploma

Valid Driver's license

Required Work Experience:

Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience within the construction industry. 1 to 2 years' experience operating a Loader is required.

Required Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Loader and other heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of road construction materials is an asset.

Travel Requirements: Potentially within the region. Additional Requirements

Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
