This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Edmonton PDC site on a full‑time basis. The Edmonton PDC is the regional GM automotive parts and ACDelco supplier. The facility supports the western Canadian portion of the network which spans across four provinces and two territories. As an integral part of the Edmonton PDC team, you will perform multiple hands‑on tasks associated with warehousing functions in a standardized, structured environment. The employee is regularly required to walk and/or transport automotive parts via carts. The employee is regularly required to reach, move, push, pull, and/or lift automotive parts with both arms. The employee must be able to bend and/or twist repetitively. The employees must be able to grip and pinch with both hands and use various hand tools as well as a scanner. A person applying for this position must be available to work up to 40 hours/week as required. Candidates must be willing and able to work any and all shifts as required. High School diploma or GED. An exemplary level of safety awareness, quality, and compliance. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, procedure manuals, and policies. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights.
