What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners in scheduled in-home consultations

Understand customer needs and design customized replacement window and patio door solutions

Present Renewal by Andersen products, pricing, financing, and warranty options

Guide homeowners through a consultative purchasing process

Maintain customer information and follow-up activities within Salesforce

Generate referrals and self-generated business opportunities

Partner with installation and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Daily activities also include managing appointments, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding sales targets while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening and a consultative approach to client needs.

Proven Sales abilities, with experience in outside or direct sales and comfort working toward measurable targets.

Background or interest in Interior Design, with an eye for aesthetics and functional home solutions.

Knowledge of Furniture and Furnishings or related home improvement products, with the ability to coordinate styles and finishes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product features and value clearly.

Ability to work on-site, travel locally for customer appointments, and manage schedules independently.

Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems; ability to use virtual consultation platforms as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in design, business, or a related field is an asset.

Previous experience in home improvement, building materials, or design consulting is beneficial.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits within the Vancouver and surrounding areas.
