Job description
FMF Hardware Solutions Inc. based in Woodbridge, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Customer service agent who are self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills. The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to Permanent employment or Full time job. The shift timings include Day, Shift and Morning.

The candidate will be expected to access and process data.

The candidate will be expected to respond to customer complaints or concerns.

The candidate will be expected to respond to customer inquiries and provide information.

The candidate will be expected to set up billing for services.

The candidate must make arrangements for refunds and credits.

The candidate must explain the type and cost of services provided.

The candidate will be expected to issue receipts and other forms.

The candidate will be expected to keep records and statistics.

The candidate will be expected to carry out general office duties.

The candidate will be responsible for receiving and logging complaints.

The candidate will be expected to accept payments.

The candidate must sell merchandise.

The candidate must order merchandise.

The candidate will be expected to pick orders.

The candidate must clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.

The candidate must have a certificate of secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.

The candidate must be punctual.

The candidate should be client focused.

The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.

The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.

The candidate should be reliable.

The candidate should be a good team player.

The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.

The candidate should have good judgemental skills.

Work setting

The candidate will be required to work in an urban area.

The candidate must work in the business sector, a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre, and a business.

Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge

The candidate must be familiar with the Internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Word.

Additional information Security and safety

The candidate's driver's licence should be thoroughly checked for validity.

Transportation/travel information

The candidate must have their own transportation.

The candidate must have their own vehicle.

The candidate must have a valid driver's licence.

The candidate must be willing to travel.

The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, and kneeling positions.
