If you're looking for a new opportunity, we provide career growth, an excellent benefits plan, RRSP matching, and competitive compensation.Job SummaryThe Estimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure ASE is updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details from every customer interactionProvide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer serviceEnsure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metricsEnsure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and deliveryCommunicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team membersProvides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phoneUnderstanding of all required Insurance programs and proceduresParticipate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team, as requiredSupport all team members when requiredParticipate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store ManagerMaintain the Assured KPI’s by maximizing role performance (Sales/ GP/ NP/ CSI/ AR/ CT&TT)Uphold Boyd’s Core Values : Own it, Win as one, Look aheadConsistently demonstrates actions and behaviors supporting our “10 Promise”Creating estimates in Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems following the latest guidelines and OEM repair proceduresMinimum Education and/or Experience Required for the JobHigh School Diploma or equivalentBasic Computer SkillsCompliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experienceRequired Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesScheduling Tool: Progi Calendar, Google CalendarsManagement information Systems: ASERental Management: ASEBasic Knowledge: Mitchell, Audatex, Alldata, APU, Progi, Car-PartOther Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.Effectively work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multi-tasking ability while working under pressure“Great Teams Don’t Happen by Accident ”#AAESTCompensation Details:Compensation:$55,600 - $85,000 per yearCompensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.Your Success is Our PriorityWe believe in investing in our people.
