Job description

Job Description: INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform and its core applications Manager users, groups, roles, permissions and access controls. Configure and support ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Requests and Catalog Items. Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI actions and Notifications. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics Support services and applications hosted by the platform, including data quality and configuration management processes. Troubleshoot platform issues, configuration problems and performance issues. Support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP API's, MID Servers and integration Hub. Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patches, testing, releases and deployments . Maintain platform security and ensure appropriate access controls. Gather business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and platform optimization. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to ServiceNow users and Service Owners. KEY SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES

Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements from external stakeholders, while working with the team to implement ServiceNow. Ensure a full understanding of business requirements and apply knowledge to elevate/prioritize delivery of new and existing projects. Ensure that new capabilities required by the business are in line with ITSM roadmap and strategy. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum requirement: ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) designation More than 5 years of ServiceNow System Administration experience High SME technical knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and its capabilities Communication & Planning Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills ITIL Foundations Knowledge Technical Knowledge of ITSM Platform Knowledge of ServiceNow – Now Assist capabilities.
