As a Multi-Skilled Dozer Operator at our Fort McMurray site, you'll be part of a team that shapes the landscape of Canada's energy future. FLINT is hiring a crew of Dozer Operators for permanent work in Fort McMurray, AB, starting ASAP. This role offers a 6/6 rotation schedule, daily bussing from Fort McMurray, and benefits after 300+ hours.
This is a local position that is best suited for residents of Fort McMurray.
Overtime eligible after 8 hours per day OR 44 hours per week starting September 1, 2026.
