Job description
Food Production Operator Belleville, ONStart as soon as next week! IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Food Production Operators for our well-established clients in Belleville, ON. If you're looking for steady, full-time work with the opportunity to be hired on permanently, we'd love to hear from you! Shift RequirementsCandidates must be available to work all shifts on an 8-hour MAD rotation:
  • Days: 6:00 AM – 2:10 PM
  • Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 10:10 PM
  • Nights: 10:00 PM – 6:10 AM

Wage: $22.88 per hour Responsibilities
  • Remove finished products from production lines
  • Sort and package products according to specifications
  • Inspect products throughout the production process and identify quality issues
  • Document and label products accurately
  • Follow ingredient cards and production instructions
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and production obstacles
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all company quality and food safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (required)
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment
  • Able to lift, stand, and perform general production duties throughout the shift
  • Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check
  • CSA-approved steel-toe footwear is required
