Job description

The Company:

Push is an all-in-one platform that helps businesses grow and scale their companies by simplifying HR, payroll, time tracking, and scheduling. Our purpose is to help our customers free up their time by making people management ridiculously easy, so they can focus on their passion.

Our customer base includes some of the biggest brands, such as Earls Restaurant, Cactus Club, Crumbl Cookies and more.

The Team:

We’re a group of dog-loving and game-playing people who place a high priority on competence and efficiency, but an even higher stock in personable and positive individuals that mesh with our culture and are willing to grow with us. As part of our rapidly growing team you will play an important and unique role in working towards our mission to create the best people management system for our customers so they can spend more time doing what they love.

The Role:

We’re looking for a passionate educator and product advocate to join our growing Onboarding Team as an intermediate Implementation Specialist. In this role, you’ll focus on empowering new customers with the knowledge and confidence they need to master Push. Rather than managing projects, you’ll guide clients through a meaningful learning journey translating technical processes into digestible, actionable content and making sure every customer walks away with clarity and confidence.

You’ll be their go-to product expert during their first 90 days, helping them adopt best practices and navigate workflows that match their business needs.

Location:

Recently the world has changed so we are changing with it. We’re embracing new ways of working and are constantly adapting our practices to ensure that wherever you are working from, you feel a part of the team and have everything you need to work comfortably. We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

This position is hiring for the PST / MST Time zone. Applicants do not need to live within the timezone, but must be available to work a full workday within this time zone.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 4–5 engaging training sessions per day, tailoring each one to the client’s specific workflows and goals.
  • Make every interaction count, ensuring clients leave sessions with more clarity, confidence, and momentum than they started with.
  • Use your deep product knowledge to help clients adopt Push in the most efficient and valuable way possible.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and create custom learning paths that speed up time-to-value.
  • Act as a trusted product advisor, teaching not just how to use Push, but why it matters for their business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive a seamless onboarding experience from start to finish.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to our Product team to help shape future improvements.
  • Educate on opportunities to extend the use of Push (i.e., additional modules) when aligned with client needs

Why Push?

  • Do what you love! It’s the key to happiness. That’s why at Push we aim to create a supportive environment to help foster your passion for work, and keep you feeling energized and happy so you can do more of what you love.
  • Grow Yourself. We want to see you win in all areas. At Push, our mantra is: you will grow professionally and personally. We drive conversations around your personal and professional goals. Let’s crush it together.
  • Make an Impact. At Push, we believe everyone is born a genius, and our responsibility is to develop that genius within. Impact is our key metric - that’s why we challenge Pushies to show up as their authentic selves while creating a legacy.

Push Operations welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities. Accommodations are available upon request for candidates participating in all aspects of the recruitment and selection process.

Salary: $68,000 - $80,000 CAD per annum

What You Bring

  • 2 - 3 years in a client-facing role focused on training, onboarding, or support, ideally at a tech/SaaS company.
  • A natural ability to teach: you simplify the complex and communicate clearly.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with a warm, consultative approach.
  • Passion for helping people succeed, combined with a strategic mindset to guide them through best practices.
  • Self-motivated; doesn't need external prompting to stay on task
  • Comfortable owning ambiguity - creates structure rather than waiting for it
  • Genuinely enjoys explaining/teaching (not just tolerates it)
  • Detail-oriented in a way that's evidenced, not self-described
  • Resilient under a high-volume, fast-paced caseload without quality drop
  • Collaborative - willing to loop in Product/internal teams rather than solving alone

Bonus Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous SaaS or start up experience
  • Previous experience in client onboarding or implementation projects.
  • Previous experience with project management tools such as OnRamp, Rocketlane, Asana
