Sales Representative (Inside Sales)

Industry:Ready Mix Concrete & Construction Materials Location

Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Work Environment: On-site (Office-Based / Inside Sales) Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager Position Summary

ML Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to support the growth of our ready-mix concrete business throughout the GTA. This position serves as the primary liaison between customers, dispatch, operations, and management, ensuring a seamless customer experience from quote to delivery. The ideal candidate will manage inbound sales inquiries, prepare quotations, maintain customer relationships, coordinate with dispatch, and proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels. Prepare and follow up on quotations for ready-mix concrete products. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and other customers. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase sales volume. Work closely with dispatch to coordinate customer orders and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate customer records and CRM activities. Qualifications

High school diploma required. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, dispatch, account management, or construction materials. Experience in Ready Mix Concrete preferred; related construction material experience considered. Experience using CRM software and sales tracking systems is required. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Performance Expectations

Customer retention and relationship management. Growth of existing customer accounts. Quote conversion rates. Responsiveness to customer inquiries. Contribution to revenue growth and production volume objectives. Compensation & Benefits
