Contract 6-months At PENN., a fashion-driven brand rooted in inclusivity, we create, inspire, and connect with a vibrant community. You’ll have the freedom to bring forward ideas, test, innovate, and most importantly, see the impact of your work firsthand. Responsibilities Content Creation & Execution • Create engaging, platform-specific content, including videos, photos, stories, UGC, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) content. • Write inspiring bilingual captions that engage our audience and reflect the brand’s personality. • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social platforms. • Develop creative concepts inspired by social media trends, fashion, and brand strategy. Community & On-the-Ground Engagement • Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, creating conversations, and bringing a human voice to the brand. • Participate in photoshoots, events, and store visits to capture authentic, in-the-moment content. • Identify, curate, and amplify user-generated content (UGC) from our community. Acquisition, Amplification & Growth • Develop initiatives to grow our community organically and through amplification strategies. • Optimize content to maximize discoverability by leveraging social SEO, trends, and platform-specific formats. • Identify amplification opportunities through content creators, micro-influencers, collaborations, and sponsored content. • Test new formats and tactics to increase reach, engagement, and community growth. Analysis & Optimization • Track key performance indicators, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), community growth, and video performance. • Analyze top-performing content and recommend opportunities for optimization. • Prepare clear, relevant, and actionable reports to support the team’s decision-making. Qualifications

Who you are: 3+ years of experience in social media, community management, or content creation Fully bilingual French and Englsih to crete contetn acros Canada . Creative, autonomous, resourceful, and driven. Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera. Passionate about fashion, trends, and social culture.
