Working with cross-functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to operational workflows and processes. Analyzing workflows to define problems and identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk. Coordinating AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration, and rollout with cross-functional teams. Contributing to business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation plans. Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitoring usage and performance of AI-enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities. Helping build user confidence and capability with AI-enabled tools through training, guidance, and ongoing support. Staying informed on emerging AI technologies and contributing to the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms. Qualifications

Degree or diploma in information management, information technology, business administration, computing science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of progressive experience in a related field. Demonstrated fluency with AI-enabled tools; experience applying these tools in business contexts is an asset. Demonstrated business acumen and an understanding of how AI solutions support and optimize operational workflows and outcomes. Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts and support data-driven decision-making. Understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable AI-enabled solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify patterns, and develop effective solutions. The estimated salary range for this role is $77,500 - $100,000 ,

based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
