Senior Recruiter - Finance & Accounting

We are looking for an experienced Accounting and Finance recruiter who wants to help build something, not simply fill roles. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a senior, client-facing recruitment role with a warm book of business from day one. You will not be starting from zero. There are established client relationships ready for you to inherit, strengthen, and grow. You will specialize in full-cycle Accounting and Finance searches, placing mid-level professionals through to senior financial leaders, including Controllers, Directors of Finance, VPs of Finance, and CFOs. Over time, you will develop new business within the Accounting and Finance market and be rewarded generously for what you produce. COMPENSATION $75,000–$350,000 We offer two compensation structures, depending on what works best for you: Commission-only at an industry-leading rate;

for experienced billers who want maximum upside with no ceiling. Base salary plus commission

, with draw options available for the right candidate. Your compensation structure will be agreed upon based on your experience and billing history. High performers earn at the top end, and there is no ceiling. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own full-cycle Accounting and Finance searches, from mid-level professionals to Controllers, Directors of Finance, VPs of Finance, and CFOs. Manage and grow existing client relationships, with warm accounts available from day one. Develop new client business through outreach, networking, and referrals. Build deep expertise in the Accounting and Finance talent market and develop strong networks with clients and candidates. Create strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping. Leverage AI tools to work more efficiently and deliver stronger results for clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly billing targets with full visibility into your performance. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A minimum of three years of full-cycle agency recruitment experience. This is non-negotiable. Proven experience placing Accounting and Finance professionals, ideally from mid-level positions through to senior leadership and executive roles. A billing history you are proud of and comfortable discussing openly. Current experience using AI tools as part of your recruitment process. Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems. Residence in Metro Vancouver, with the ability to commute to the Burnaby or Port Moody area. Availability to work primarily in the office. Hybrid arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
