supporting both our Mississauga and Montreal locations. This role has a

, making it ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full-cycle talent acquisition process while contributing more broadly across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees - supporting hiring needs, guiding employee relations, and helping deliver a strong, consistent employee experience. What You’ll Do Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus) Manage

across multiple roles and functions Partner with Hiring Managers to define needs, draft job postings, and manage timelines Pre-screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support selection decisions Prepare offers, employment letters, and recruitment reports Ensure a consistent and compliant recruitment process using

Workday/HRIS Act as a resource to managers on behavioral interviewing and hiring best practices Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Support

onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes Deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Respond to employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support Employee Relations & HR Support Provide guidance on

HR policies, legislation, and best practices Support managers in addressing employee relations matters Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations Programs, Projects & Continuous Improvement Support HR programs including

learning & development, D&I, and employee engagement initiatives Contribute to HR projects aligned with business priorities Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience Act as a

change agent

to support HR initiatives and organizational growth Qualifications 3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment Proven ability to manage

full-cycle recruitment

in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of

Ontario employment legislation and HR best practices Experience with

HRIS systems (Workday preferred) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information Education & Credentials Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field CHRP designation (or in progress) is an asset Bilingual (English/French) is an asset Compensation & Work Model Salary:

$60,000 – $80,000
