Our Engineering Department consists of approximately 30 engineers, scientists, technologists, and technical specialists delivering practical environmental solutions for clients across a wide range of industries. Projects include: Contaminated site remediation Stormwater management systems Wastewater treatment facilities Landfill engineering and closure design Industrial and municipal capital projects Construction oversight and contract administration Our clients include municipalities, industrial facilities, developers, transportation agencies, First Nations, and government organizations. The Opportunity

As a Project Engineer / Project Manager, you will lead projects from planning through construction while working closely with clients, regulators, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. You’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful technical decisions, mentor junior staff, develop client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of Keystone's Engineering practice. Key Responsibilities

Manage environmental engineering projects including scope, budget, schedule, quality, staffing, safety and client communications. Lead remedial option evaluations, stormwater infrastructure projects, wastewater system upgrades, landfill engineering projects, and environmental infrastructure assignments. Coordinate engineering design activities and provide technical leadership throughout project execution. Prepare and review technical reports, engineering designs, design briefs, specifications, contract documents, and tender packages. Conduct field reviews, oversee contractors, and provide construction support as required. Develop practical, innovative, and cost-effective engineering solutions. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, regulators, contractors, and project stakeholders. Mentor junior engineers and technical staff through coaching, technical guidance, and project leadership. Support business development by delivering exceptional client service, identifying opportunities within existing client relationships, and contributing to proposal development and project pursuits. Participate in peer reviews and promote continuous improvement within the Engineering Department. What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will possess both strong technical expertise and excellent project management skills, along with a genuine interest in building lasting client relationships. Qualifications

Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering. Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia. Minimum of 8 years

of environmental consulting or related engineering experience. Experience managing engineering projects from initiation through completion. Experience in two or more of the following:

Stormwater management Wastewater treatment Landfill engineering Strong understanding of environmental regulations, engineering standards, and industry best practices. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and client service. Collaborative approach with a passion for mentoring and developing junior staff. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project. Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Why Join Keystone?

$100,000-$130,000
