Senior Digital Personalization Specialist

Home Depot is looking for a Senior Digital Personalization Specialist to join the Digital Content & Personalization team. This role will focus on executing, and optimizing personalized digital experiences, primarily across website personalization and digital marketing campaigns, in close partnership with Marketing, Creative Services, and Technology teams.

This is a role suited for someone who is both creative and analytical, who can translate complex campaign objectives into personalized customer experiences, configure advanced rules and triggers, and track performance to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Setup (35%): Partner with Marketing team to understand campaign goals, audiences and timelines. Plan and coordinate campaigns end-to-end, including timelines, dependencies, and project management. Leverage Customer Data Platform (CDP) data to support personalization strategies and targeting segments. Ensure strong organization, and documentation across initiatives. Hands-on execution of personalization campaigns, including:

Business rules Triggers Segments Decision logic

Campaign Operationalization & Analysis (35%): Assist with ongoing governance of digital personalization initiatives, with a strong focus on website personalization. Work closely with Creative Services to gather, manage, and deploy creative assets, ensuring alignment with personalization best practices. Analyze personalized campaigns to derive actionable insights, track campaign effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions. Analyze Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Orchestration system to continually improve, enhance, and scale future campaigns.

Strategic Implementation (30%): Identify opportunities for process operationalization, automation, and enhancements in systems, and to be an active participant of implementation for these solutions. Support and optimize campaign execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and other equivalent personalization platforms. Provide recommendations to maximize overall personalization impact.

Minimum Education University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience

Minimum Years of Work Experience 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, personalization, marketing technology, or digital operations.

Minimum Leadership Experience Demonstrated experience leading project teams or managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Certifications Salesforce (Trailhead Academy) or Amperity (Learning Lab) certifications are highly preferred

Other Requirements/Assets Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Strong understanding of personalization from various digital channels, or digital customer experiences (eCommerce experience preferred) Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (Amperity) Organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide recommendations Exposure to Adobe AEM or other CMS platforms Prior eCommerce experience is a plus Experience working with vendors or third-party personalization tools to drive business growth

The pay range for this position is between $62,200.00 - $70,100.00
