Job description
Asset Manager - Multi Family properties Are you an Asset Manager who is highly efficient, effective and proactive? Are you confident in your ability to report and present to Executives on your portfolio? Have you experience of managing Multifamily real estate assets and are ambitious to grow your career with a growing Toronto based Real Estate firm then read on;

Responsibilities Reporting to the VP of Multi family, you would interact and direct third parties when sending financial information related to the assets consisting of 2000 units, set asset strategy plans for each individual property including the long-term plan, projected performance, risk assessment, and market influences. Approve annual budgets and ensure they align with asset strategy plans, manage valuations and property assessments, assess development potential, oversee the communications strategy for each property, provide quarterly projections and review and approve capital projects and provide input into due diligence for new acquisitions. Prepare and present reports to the executive committee and stakeholders.
