$88K – $127K Offers Equity Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. Pebl puts a world of talent at your fingertips. With our AI-powered Global Work Platform™, companies can hire, pay, and manage employees in 185+ countries—removing risk, red tape, and guesswork from global growth. Backed by more than a decade of compliance leadership and local expertise, Pebl helps businesses move fast, stay compliant, and scale with confidence. With Pebl, companies everywhere can hire great talent anywhere. Where Your Work Moves the Needle.

At Pebl, every team member drives our success. Joining us means more than filling a role—you’re accountable for results and impact. Our values guide how we operate, execute, and collaborate across borders. By putting them into action, you’ll help us scale faster, compete harder, and lead the future of global work. What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Senior Global Network Specialist to join our Network team. This full‑time hybrid role, based in Toronto, sits at the heart of Pebl’s global payroll partner ecosystem—spanning 126 countries and 175+ active partners. You will own the day‑to‑day mechanics of how Pebl sources, activates, governs, and sustains its network of In‑Country Partners (ICPs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), ensuring our global operations remain compliant, cost‑effective, and scalable. This role will report to the Director of Payroll Operations, Network and Expense. How You'll Make an Impact:

Partner Sourcing & Activation

Lead end‑to‑end RFP processes to identify, vet, and onboard new partners across new and existing markets. Manage partner reactivation pipelines, including due diligence reviews and contract refreshes for previously inactive partnerships. Respond to proactive expansion requests and sales‑driven needs for new territories with structured sourcing plans. Contract Negotiation & Governance

Negotiate localized contract terms, including MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs, within defined boundaries and in close collaboration with Legal. Serve as the internal authority on partner contractual obligations and service delivery boundaries, resolving ambiguities and preventing unauthorized cost escalations. Own and maintain governance frameworks and rules of engagement that define how Pebl interacts with its global partner network. Partner Maintenance & Operational Excellence

Act as the central advocate and operational bridge between internal teams (Payroll, Experience, Product, Onboarding) and external partners. Monitor and enforce SLA adherence across the partner ecosystem, escalating contractual or high‑risk operational issues as required. Identify and lead process improvements across partner sourcing, due diligence, and governance workflows. Contribute to the Partner Knowledge Base, ensuring documentation, partner profiles, and rules of engagement remain current and accessible. Let's Connect If You Have:

Have 5+ years of experience in global partner management, vendor operations, or a similar role within a multinational or EOR/PEO environment. Bring hands‑on experience running RFPs, negotiating vendor contracts, and managing multi‑party relationships across diverse jurisdictions. Are comfortable operating within pre‑defined frameworks while exercising independent judgment on day‑to‑day partner matters. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Pebl's interests clearly and diplomatically across cultures. Are detail‑oriented and organized, with a strong track record of managing complex pipelines and governance frameworks without dropping the ball. Are proficient in Google Workspace and comfortable working across enterprise tools; experience with Airtable, NetSuite, or partner management platforms is a plus. Thrive in a fast‑moving, globally distributed team environment and can manage competing priorities with calm and structure. Our Commitment to You

At Pebl, we’re committed to supporting our team with comprehensive rewards and benefits designed to meet diverse needs across roles and locations. Our core offerings include: Flexible Time Off

– Take the time you need to recharge. Parental Leave

– Support for growing families. Health and Dental Insurance

– Where applicable, to cover you and your loved ones. Retirement Savings + Employee Incentive Plan

– Plan for the future while sharing our success. We power global teams and believe diverse perspectives drive innovation and impact. Employment decisions at Pebl are based on qualifications, merit, and business needs. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive and do the best work of their career—anywhere in the world.
