Reporting to the Senior Manager, Institutional Deliverables, the successful candidate will play a hands‑on role in developing institutional investment solutions and producing high-quality client deliverables that effectively communicate Hillsdale's research, capabilities, and investment process, contributing to the firm's continued growth and success. The IIS Team is responsible for creating investment content and institutional deliverables to serve clients and support new business development across North America. Through a solutions-oriented approach, the Team customizes communications to the unique needs of clients and prospects, while partnering closely with the Portfolio Management, Investment Research, and Data Engineering teams. Hillsdale has been recognized as a Great Place to Work for our industry and across Canada. Success in this role is grounded in your ability to learn, synthesize, and articulate Hillsdale's body of knowledge and research insights. This foundation will enable you to: Partner directly with portfolio managers and researchers to transform cutting‑edge quantitative research into institutional investment solutions and to effectively communicate the value of Hillsdale’s investment process to clients and prospects. Produce research‑driven thought leadership that enhances Hillsdale's brand and market positioning. Craft compelling new business presentations that articulate the benefits and differentiating features of Hillsdale’s investment process. Create tailored investment content and institutional deliverables that support client engagement and broader business development initiatives. Leverage Hillsdale’s RFP machine to compose compelling RFP submissions that showcase Hillsdale’s capabilities and increase Hillsdale’s probability of success in searches. Participate in client and prospect meetings advancing your skills and understanding of institutional investment requirements. Contribute to the design, enhancement, and production of all institutional deliverables. Ensure that all client communications are aligned with the principles of excellence embedded in Hillsdale’s Best Practices. WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

This multifaceted and dynamic role requires a strong foundation in quantitative investing, institutional communications and presentations, statistical analysis, and Python. You are intellectually curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning, with a demonstrated ability to incorporate feedback and guidance effectively. Your qualifications include: 3–5+ years of experience developing sophisticated institutional investment analysis, communications, and deliverables, including experience in institutional investing in Canada and/or the U.S., gained at a leading asset manager, asset owner, investment consultant, OCIO, investment bank, or similar institution. A strong understanding of quantitative investing, statistics, and capital markets. Proficiency in Python, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional analytical and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to understand, synthesize, and communicate complex investment concepts. A demonstrated ability to develop clear, visually compelling investment presentations. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast‑paced, intellectually rigorous environment. An entrepreneurial, results‑oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. This role demands a high degree of collaboration both within and across teams. A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) or equivalent degree and a CFA Charter. Residence in Canada is required. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Competitive base salary range between $90,000-$110,000/year plus generous performance‑based bonus, retirement savings matching and Health Care Spending Account. Actual compensation will vary based on several factors, including bonus eligibility, relevant experience, skills, education/training, and location. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates who demonstrate expertise exceeding the position’s requirements. Paid time off - vacation, study and volunteer. Ongoing professional development, mentorship, and a clearly defined career path. The opportunity to learn from and collaborate with leading professionals in quantitative investing, research, and technology. A flexible work environment with commuting reimbursement for days spent in the office. Gym membership and ergonomic workstations to support your health and well‑being. An employee charitable giving program that matches donations and supports volunteer initiatives. Access to an in‑house Personal Financial Advisor. A centrally located office at King and Bay features free lunches, a fully stocked kitchen, and panoramic views of Toronto and Lake Ontario. A high‑performance, knowledge‑driven culture focused on continuous learning, collaboration, and investment excellence. ABOUT HILLSDALE
