Senior Manager Marketing Operations & Demand Enablement

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager Marketing Operations & Demand Enablement based in Canada. This role is responsible for building and scaling marketing operations infrastructure that drives efficient demand generation and revenue growth. You will own critical marketing systems, optimize campaign workflows, and ensure accurate lead management across multiple channels. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across HubSpot administration, automation, reporting, and lifecycle marketing. You will partner closely with marketing, sales, and customer teams to improve funnel performance and create scalable processes. You will play a key role in improving campaign effectiveness, pipeline visibility, and the overall go-to-market engine. Accountabilities:

Own and scale the marketing operations ecosystem, including HubSpot architecture, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, automation, and integrations. Manage CRM migration, system consolidation, and ongoing improvements to ensure scalable and reliable marketing infrastructure. Ensure accurate lead capture, attribution, routing, and data governance across all marketing channels. Develop and maintain UTM strategies, tracking standards, campaign structures, and reporting frameworks in collaboration with web, paid, and SEO teams. Build and optimize campaign infrastructure, including forms, lists, workflows, email nurture programs, and lifecycle-based communication journeys. Support demand generation initiatives such as content syndication, outbound programs, and AI-driven prospecting campaigns. Manage content syndication partnerships, including vendor coordination, campaign setup, targeting, performance monitoring, and optimization. Own AI SDR program execution, including platform setup, HubSpot integration, sequencing, and continuous improvement. Monitor and improve funnel performance from lead generation through MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution. Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into campaign performance, attribution, and business impact. Partner with sales, customer success, events, and marketing teams to improve lead handoffs, campaign execution, and operational efficiency. Establish scalable processes for campaign requests, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement. Requirements:

6–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, CRM management, or related roles within a B2B environment. 3–5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, automation, lead scoring, reporting, segmentation, and integrations. Proven experience managing demand generation programs such as content syndication, outbound campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Strong understanding of marketing attribution, UTM tracking, funnel analytics, and pipeline reporting. Experience with CRM migrations, system consolidation, and marketing technology optimization is strongly preferred. Familiarity with integrations involving SDR tools, enrichment platforms, webinar solutions, event platforms, or similar technologies. Experience using AI SDR tools, outbound automation platforms, or AI-powered marketing solutions is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, identify conversion gaps, and recommend improvements. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, reporting quality, and operational consistency. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives. Ability to translate business requirements into technical marketing solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or other enrichment and sales enablement platforms is beneficial. Benefits:
