Vice President of Operations About the Company Rapidly growing, highly respected Asian restaurant brand with franchise operations. Industry Restaurants Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned restaurant executive with a strong background in operations, franchising, brand growth, and leadership. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, supporting franchise partners, and leading high-performing teams to execute long-term strategic initiatives. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for developing and executing operational and strategic business plans, championing the brand vision, and ensuring consistency across all operational and marketing efforts. They will also be tasked with driving sales, profitability, and sustainable brand growth, as well as overseeing the performance of the franchise network. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a proven track record in senior leadership within a franchise or multi-unit restaurant organization. Key requirements include a strong background in restaurant operations and brand management, experience in developing and executing marketing and brand strategies, and a successful history of managing franchisee relationships.
