Job description
If you love keeping projects organized and running smoothly, this is the role for you. As a Scheduler, you'll be at the center of coordination between teams, clients, and leadership. You'll plan and monitor daily schedules, track progress, and ensure projects move forward efficiently and on time. This is a dynamic role that combines communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail to keep everyone aligned and every job on track.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SCHEDULERAs a Scheduler, you'll be the one turning moving parts into a smooth, coordinated plan. You'll organize daily schedules, match the right people to the right jobs, and keep timelines on track even when priorities shift. You'll stay in constant communication with managers, technicians, and clients to confirm details, solve problems, and keep everyone aligned. You'll make sure work orders, access details, and updates are clear, accurate, and in the right hands at the right time. Every day, your coordination, focus, and quick thinking will keep projects running seamlessly and teams set up for success.Qualifications1+ year of experience in administration, scheduling, or a related office coordination roleHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredIntermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteComfortable using mobile devices and related applications to manage schedules and updatesStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teamsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player with a strong work ethic and positive, solution-focused attitudeProven ability to analyze information, plan effectively, and manage multiple prioritiesAble to stay calm, focused, and professional when navigating shifting schedules or tight deadlinesWho We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
