We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our Grande Prairie team. Why Candidates Choose CFIB?

Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Grande Prairie area Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking Build long term relationships with members Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development Who Succeeds in this Role?

1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth Comfortable working in a field-based role Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle What Will You Receive?
