Retail Operations Manager

What you'll need to have

'- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, operations, logistics, merchandising, home furnishings, or a related customer-focused environment, with proven experience leading, coaching, developing, and managing team performance. '- Strong understanding of retail operations, commerciality, and delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience. '- Knowledge of furniture, home furnishing products, product quality standards, and sustainability principles. '- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. '- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying opportunities to improve processes and business performance. '- Proven ability to develop and execute action plans that drive operational excellence and business results. '- Cost-conscious mindset with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement. '- Experience collaborating across multiple business functions to achieve common goals. '- Set, communicate, and follow up on individual and team goals, providing ongoing coaching and development. '- Analyze sales, operational performance, and customer insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement. '- Develop and implement action plans to improve processes, increase efficiency, and optimize business performance. '- Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Commercial, Logistics, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless operations. '- Continuously review and refine operational processes, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity. '- Demonstrate agility by balancing commercial opportunities and operational priorities across multiple areas of the business.
