Job description
Your Opportunity We are currently seeking a Structural Designerto join the Energy and Resources Designteam. The successful candidate would have opportunities to work on a variety of projects within the Energy and Resource sector ranging from studies to detailed engineering and construction support for projects in North America and across the world.This role wouldprovidean opportunity to be part of a diverse team while focusing on technical growth.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to challenge their abilities in a dynamic work environment. Work performed will be under the supervision of a Senior Designer or Engineer, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

You are expected to understand and work according to the requirements of the Stantec Safety Culture and in compliance with all Health and Safety rules and regulations for Stantec and its clients.

Perform modeling, drafting and structural design tasks for a wide variety of projects.

Complete project deliverables on budget and schedule.

Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and project teams to produce quality design deliverables with the appropriate level of detail.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
